To support our team at the head office in Lauf an der Pegnitz we are looking for you to join us as soon as possible as 
Senior Head of Marketing (m/f/d). 

Your mission

As Senior Head of Marketing you take a hands-on role in the operational management and execution of all marketing campaigns and activities for the THOMAS SABO main brand as well as its four sub-brands. You ensure that all marketing measures are implemented efficiently, consistently and in a performance-driven way, aligned with the overarching strategy and budget, in close collaboration with our creative, product & sales teams. 

  • Execute marketing strategy across all channels (Retail, E-Commerce, Wholesale) while ensuring a consistent brand presence
  • Plan, develop and implement 360° campaigns (online & offline)
  • Operational managementand continuous optimization of marketing channels (Paid / Owned / Earned)
  • Collaborate with all sales channels to implement POS and trade marketing activities
  • Plan and execute activations along the go-to-market calendar
  • Coordinate marketing assets and ensure efficient processes in execution and reporting
  • Lead and develop the marketing team with a strong focus on operational excellence and execution

Your profil

  • Degree in Marketing, Communication,Businessor equivalent qualification 
  • 7–10 years of professional experience in marketing within fashion, jewelry or lifestyle sectors, either in-house or at an international marketing agency 
  • Several years of leadership experience with international, cross-functional teams (onsite and remote) 
  • Strong understanding of brand management in premium or lifestyle segments 
  • Hands-on mentality with high execution strength 
  • Creativity, communication skills, andstrong sensefor visual and written content 
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken 
  • High commitment, entrepreneurial mindset, self-driven and solution-oriented 
  • Strong analytical skills and CRM experience, with ability to translate data into actionable insights
